We are looking for a spa supervisor to join our team. The main role is to supervisor and coordinate the activities of nail technicians, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervision, Leadership and Training
Provide coaching and training to adhere to the spa hygiene and safety standards as well as the company policies,
Set performance goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Address conflicts or issues that may arise among staff members in a timely and constructive manner to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment
Operational Efficiency
Coordinate daily spa operations, including work scheduling, appointment bookings, and staff rotations to ensure proper cover during peak and off-peak hours
Monitor inventory levels and assist in the ordering of supplies to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Customer Service Excellence
Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and ensure their needs are met.
Monitor client feedback and take necessary actions to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications:
High school completion
Min 2 year of experience as a spa supervisor
Knowledge of nail care and products
Customer oriented
