Food Service Manager Full Time

Job description
Duties:

– Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s food service department
– Manage and supervise a team of bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food preparation, service, and storage
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
– Train new employees on food handling procedures and customer service standards
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of food service

Skills:

– Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
– Effective communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and other departments
– Attention to detail to ensure high-quality food and service delivery
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
