Structural Welders to join our team and help shape the future of welding!
Position: Structural Welder
Wage: $34-$38/hr. $4/hr. night shift premium
Location: Innisfail, Alberta
Schedule: Dayshift Mon-Thurs, 6:00AM – 4:30PM or Nightshift Mon-Thurs, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Type: Full-Time

Your Role:
- Structural Welding: Work on tanks, skids, ladders, and platforms – Fit-up and layout.
- Welding Techniques: Proficiency in SMAW, GMAW, SAW, with carbon and stainless steels.
- Safety and Quality: Adhere to safety standards and ensure product quality.
- Mentorship: Guide and support apprentices and team members.
What You Bring:
- Journeyman Welder Certificate or Valid Alberta Apprenticeship number
- Minimum 2 years in structural welding.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn.
